Very few people have actually gotten to use the new “lightning fast” LTE, but there is already a new and faster version of LTE being worked on, LTE-Advanced. A few guys from Korea’s Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute have been working on this new type of internet. With LTE-Advanced it is possible to have 600Mbps, that’s 6 times faster than current LTE and 40 times faster than 3G. You’re able to download a full 700MB in 9.3 seconds and even stream a full 3D HD video without having to stop and buffer. This was all made possible inside a modified RV/van these guys designed, talk about the ultimate geek cave? Any feelings on this?
