Google I/O, the biggest Google event of the year is happening on May 10-11. Whether you are a developer or not, you should check this event out, even though developers will get the most out of it. Registration for this event begins Monday February 7th and tickets will most likely sell out within minutes, so macro your keyboards and get ready.
Read on for ticket prices and other goodies.
Here are ticket prices:
Early Bird Price (until 4/16/11) $450 List Price (starting 4/17/11) $550 Academia (student, faculty) $150 BootCamp +$100 (all registration types)
Last year some of the biggest points of the event were Google Music, Web-based Android Market, and a lot of FroYo. This year end-users will be able to use Honeycomb on several tablets. There is the possibility that Android 2.4, Ice Cream, will show up for the fun too. And of course, as history tells us, attendees will most likely receive some kind of cool gift.
Be sure to check out the official page for more information.
