Any Star Wars fan worth his or her salt is greedily awaiting George Lucas’ Sith stomping saga on Blu-ray. With the release well over a month away, many Jedi need to brush up on their training materials. To help refresh your memory on the position of that vulnerable exhaust vent, Twentieth Century Fox is here to help. The just released Star Wars Blu-ray: Early Access app for iTunes will take users behind the scenes with all sorts of Star Wars goodies.
Granting access to sneak peeks at 40+ hours of bonuses hand-picked for the Complete Saga on Blu-ray, including some never before seen footage. Extra interviews with cast and crew, concept art, matte paintings and more can be found in the palm of your hand with touch interactivity. Swipe and rotate the Death Star to your heart’s content, maybe make TK-421 a bit nauseous? The app is available now but only for iPhone, iPad and iPod. With some begging and groveling, Android users might see this app for the Android Market, maybe?
