We’ve all been curious as what Samsung would pack into their new mega-phone, the Nexus Prime. According to BGR, the final spec list has been released and is it a beautiful beast! Running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, it will have the curved glass Super AMOLED HD 4.65 inch 1280 x 720 screen. It will sport a TI OMAP 4460 dual core Cortex A9 processor sprinting at 1.2 GHz. The bells and whistles include 1GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera and a 5 megapixel camera on the back. Rounding out the specs is 1080p HD video capture, LTE\HSPA capable, a\b\g\n WiFi, NFC and a 1,750 mAh battery.
The two nasty nuggets of info are good and depending on your carrier, bad. The bad is this puppy will be Verizon only. Yep that’s right folks, Big Red has locked it down! The really good news though is that the rumors are true and it will be Android Pure, no bloatware, no crapware, no ridiculous overlays – nothing but cool, crisp Android 4.0. Once Samsung unveils it officially, we’ll make sure to give you geeks all the confirmations you need!
