Not only is the carrier offering up its own slice of Apple pie but also unlimited data as the whipped cream on top. Their two lowest plans will not allow streaming but the fact they are serving up unlimited data when the two biggest carriers (Verizon and AT&T) have nuked their all you can eat data is a nice shot across the bow.

C-Spire, also known as Cellular South, will sell the 4S in the price range of $199-$399 and they’ve even selling the iPhone 4 8GB for $99! That’s the same price structure the top dogs have as well.
