Take that dusty iPhone 4 in and swap it out for a brand new 4S model thanks to the $200 trade in credit. What if you only have a 3G or 3GS? Those two will also garner you a credit towards a new iPhone 4S, albeit a smaller amount. The 3G is worth a $50 credit and the 3GS will bring down a $100 credit towards your new Apple uber-phone.

Some conditions do apply. The phone, obviously, needs to be in good working order. The deal is only valid at Target stores with a Mobile center inside and runs now through March 3rd. Yep, you only have one short week to jump on board! Lastly, you must sign a two-year contract with AT&T. Not a bad deal at all if you’re looking for a new phone to replace your last gen model or you want to get it on with Siri. I suggest you you race in and take advantage while you can!
