Deep down we all want to be super heroes, and where better to indulge your dreams than San Diego’s Comic Con. Comic Con has through its doors some of the most ridiculous looking visitors, ranging from Lord Vader to Mech warriors. Given the wealth of super hero movies that we have had lately there was no shortage of Capitan Americas, Thors and Black Widows. However one Marvel superhero, who has only had a brief spell on the big screen, took to the streets of San Diego and documented his visit to Comic Con.

I am of course talking about Wade Wilson aka Deadpool, the merc with a mouth. For those of you who are not familiar with the character he appeared briefly in X-Men Origins, played by Ryan Reynolds, and is renowned for his fighting skill as well as his ability to “break the fourth wall”. One fan dressed up as the mentally unstable mercenary and filmed their escapades with other SDCC goers. If this doesn’t warrant a Deadpool film then I don’t know what will- but please no more Ryan Reynolds.

However this is not the only Deadpool related news to come out of SDCC 2012. It has been announced that High Moon Studios will be developing a Deadpool game that is to be released next year and published by Activision. Daniel Way, a regular writer for Deadpool, will be writing the script and the man of many voices, Nolan North, will be voicing the infamously sassy character.
