The one accessory to make me want a Wii U.

Isn’t that a beautiful sight? A Wii U controller styled off the old-school beast, the Super Nintendo? Granted it looks more like the 9 months later aftermath of a drunken late night encounter between the Xbox 360 pad, the Wiimote, and the SNES controller but maybe that’s why I like it so much. I went through quite a few SNES input devices during late night Super Street Fighter session and this brings back fond memories of skipping school to smack Ganon around in A Link to the Past. So I now am forced by my OCD nostalgia tears to grab a Wii U and this controller.
The sad part? So far only EB Australia has it listed. They have it up for pre-order for 48 bucks Australian or about $50 in American greenbacks. The release date is November 30th, the same day as the console will hit the Outback. Hopefully Nintendo will announce something like that for our shores soon. Long live the retro vibe!
Nintendo, quit making me not want to hate on the Wii U!
