Oh, my little collector’s heart is aflutter with the new unveiling of Battlefield 1’s Collector’s Edition. Be still, my beating heart, for my wallet will murder you.

This epic edition of for the latest in the Battlefield franchise, officially revealed by DICE last week, includes an expertly crafted 14 inch statue of the character that is seen gracing the cover of the latest title. From what we know of the game so far, it appears to be that the front man is a Harlem Hellfighter based off of theĀ African-American infantry unit in WWI who spent more time in combat than any other American unit.

You don’t just get a sweet statue from pre-ordering, the collector’s edition will also come fully equipped with exclusive content which is excellent news for our military and history buffs out there in the gaming community because these bonuses are based on the real-world regiment.

Here is the full list of what to expect with the collector’s edition (CE):

  • Premium packaging
  • Exclusive patch
  • 14″ statue modeled after the featured character
  • Steel book
  • Close poster
  • Messenger pigeon tub that comes with DLC exclusive to the CE
  • Playing cards

Battlefield 1 will be dropping in October 21st for all current gen platforms: PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the PC. There is also a “Deluxe Edition” that does not come with a statue for $79.99 while the full CE bundle retails for $219.99.

If you have EA and Origin access, you can play the game three days prior to other players and special edition pre-orders will also come with the same perk.
