Carrie-Anne Moss, most known for her role in the Matrix trilogy, is coming back for some more Marvel goodness as she joins the cast of the upcoming series on Netflix, Iron Fist. Moss will be reclaiming her title as stone cold lawyer Jeri Hogarth from the Jessica Jones series.
“Carrie-Anne has fast become a fan-favourite of our street level saga, and we share our viewers’ excitement in bringing her into Marvel’s Iron Fist. As Marvel fans know, Hogarth in the comics plays a critical role in the life of Danny Rand so it seems only fitting that Carrie-Anne join in.”
The story will center around Danny Rand as he returns to New York after his lengthy disappearance. And in a high-end business society that is New York, he’s going to need one hell of a lawyer to help him find his way. Hogarth is just the person for the job.
Iron Fist first made its appearence in 1974 in Marvel Premier #15. A master in all things martial arts, his story is an intricate one – especially once he became involved in the Heroes for Hire.
