NASA Discover 2.5 Million Super Massive Black Holes

Muse only prepared us for one super massive black hole and even with Dr Who to return on Saturday this discovery, made by the Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE) telescope, is pretty hard to believe. Out of this world almost. The telescope was sent on a 14 month mission during which it photographed the universe twice. Following this momentous task was an even more momentous task of sorting and sifting through all the data collecting by the telescope. Astronomers have been surprised to find this “bonanza” of black holes- three times more than any other survey.

Friendster-The Next Social Network Casualty

It seems that Facebook has toppled another Social Network company. Friendster, the pre-Facebook social network of the early 2000′s has announced plans to overhaul and re-vamp their network in order to gain more followers. The site announced on Tuesday that will be getting a new identity and as part of the overhaul, it will be erasing much of its accumulated user data.
The announcement from Friendster might not surprise many people. Users of the site have seen numbers drop over time as more and more people convert over to Facebook. Friendster has decided that May 31st is the deadline for the transition. The announcement also warned users that pictures, account profiles, messages and more will be deleted on the deadline date. The site did allow for a downloadable app to offload anything that a user would like to keep and port to other social networks such as Flickr or Multiply. Is Chris Hemsworth Bigger Than A God?

Remember that time you were gonna be a god and had to bulk up and then you got way to buff to actually be a god? No ? There is a problem we all wish we had, but so far it seems to be just Chris Hemsworth. Everyone knows at this point that Hemsworth had to bulk up to play Thor given that Thor is the god of Thunder and massive in the comics. Apparently though Hemsworth bulked up a little to much for the role.
Hemsworth is a 27 year old Australian actor who was cast as the all powerful comic god Thor, the god of Thunder. Prior to Thor, Chris can be seen in the 2009 Star Trek film where he is clearly not the beefed up type, but when he got the role he was told to bulk up and get in to god like shape. Who hasn’t been right? While doing the rounds for the media Hemsworth was at CinemaCon in Las vegas and revealed some interesting details. Apparently he bulked up so much that when he tried on the Thor Costume that was made for him it didn’t fit. Shooting was about to begin and he was trying on the final draft of the costume in front of the cameras for his final camera test shot the costume was too tight on him. What Type of Facebooker Are You?

As I sit back and watch people connect on Facebook, it makes me start to think about what type of people use the social network to actually reconnect with friends from the past. I think that because Facebook is so diverse that their are many things that allow you to use the application and not actually have to talk to people.
