Marketing promos have been revealed according to a Reddit post that details the expected fourth expansion for Destiny by the name of Rise of Iron.
According to the thread, the poster reveals the Iron Banner Crucible master that goes by Lord Saladin wielding a heavy hitter flaming weapon amidst a pack of wolves. Kotaku, alongside several other sources, have verified that the promotional posters pictured above are legit and with this new expansion comes new raids. Not a whole lot else is known at this time about the projected fourth installment in the expansions line-up but we can expect to see more revelations at this year’s E3 Press Conference that is just around the corner.
The buzz around Destiny’s initial launch was underwhelming to say the least but much of the criticism was addressed with their latest expansion that dropped in 2015 called The Taken King. With more of a focus on actual story, as promised, fans seemed to be warming up to what Bungie had to offer. There is also projected to be a sequel to Come sometime in 2017.
