Ea didn’t stop at what’s to come for this year, they gave us a look at what is to come for 2017, 2018, and beyond. For 2017, not much was discussed, but more content for Battlefront is coming. EA’s Jade Raymond posted this on their official website:

A new installment ofStar Wars Battlefront is currently in development at DICE, in collaboration with Motive™ Studios in Montreal. Our team at Motive team is growing quickly, and making great progress in building out a significant new addition to the game. While we’re not ready to get into specifics right now, we have started development of this game by listening to all of the feedback we received, while also innovating in new areas I think you’re all going to be excited about.

In the coming year we can expect at least two all new action adventure games set in the much loved Star Wars universe. Details were not shared on those games yet, but rest assured that we here at DHTG are just as excited as you are for the future of the brand.
