Overwatch, maybe you’ve heard of it? It’s a 6 v 6 shooter from Blizzard? Maybe you’ve seen a meme or two? It’s not like it’s wildly popular at the moment or anything … oh, wait …

The ‘Play of the Game’ (PotG) aspect of Blizzard’s latest title has been a source of hilarious memes, huge fan rage, and a lot of controversy. As we’ve previously reported, Blizzard even announced that they plan on revamping the entire system for PotG.

Well, it may not be the improvements that Blizzard has promised, but one Twitterbot definitely made some improvements.

“What if the Play of the Game was this GIF of a kitten?”

Good question, Overwatch.exe bot, good question.

The mastermind behind this new bot is Casey Kolderup who is no stranger to making these hilarious add-ons. “When did this become hotter than this?” bot is probably one of Kolderup’s most infamous creations.

With Overwatch.exe, intro animations from various PotG’s are used and re-purposes them for a mighty cause. The cause of kittens. That’s right, kittens, bunnies, and other cute little creatures galore and many would agree that this is a massive improvement to the already flawed Play of the Game set up. Here’s one of Mei:

WidowMaker anyone?

Or how about Hanzo? This one had me dying:

And I’ve got to rep my favourite character, Pharah, with her blastos:

There are TONS. Had a bad match, check out the Overwatch.exe account and bask in all of the LoL’s that you can handle.
