Happy Hulu-Ween: Spend Your Halloween Night With Hulu

written by Quinzel Lee October 27, 2017

Most Halloween plans don’t include binge watching shows on Hulu. Taking the kids trick-or-treating and costume parties usually top one’s list. However, don’t let that stop you from having an epic and spooky night in with Hulu!

Starting Monday, October 24th and going all the way to Halloween night, you will be able to stream all of these shows available on Hulu. You might wanna sleep with the lights on for some of these.

  • Stan Against Evil, season 1– IMDB describes it as “An aging police sheriff begrudgingly joins an alliance with a new sheriff, Evie Barret, to battle angry demons haunting their small New Hampshire town.”
  • Monster Squad– Remember this blast from the late 80’s past. “A young group of monster fanatics attempt to save their hometown from Count Dracula and his monsters.” This was quite possibly a Blockbuster favorite.
  • John Dies At The End– “A new street drug that sends its users across time and dimensions has one drawback: some people return as no longer human. Can two college dropouts save humankind from this silent, otherworldly invasion?” A great movie if you like a little comedy with your horror. The only thing this movie is missing is Seth Rogen.
  • Fright Night (1985 version)– “When a teenager learns that his next door neighbor is a vampire, no one will believe him.” Sorry, no David Tenant in this version
  • Silence of the Lambs– “A young F.B.I. cadet must receive the help of an incarcerated and manipulative cannibal killer to help catch another serial killer, a madman who skins his victims.” Hannibal Lecter…enough said. *shivers*
  • An American Werewolf in London– “Two American college students on a walking tour of Britain are attacked by a werewolf that none of the locals will admit exists.” You will never look at college walking tours the same.
  • The Amityville Horror “Newlyweds move into a large house where a mass murder was committed, and experience strange manifestations which drive them away.” *more shivering* Be sure to always check the history of any houses you buy.
  • The Hills Have Eyes– “A suburban American family is being stalked by a group of psychotic people who live in the desert, far away from civilization.” This is why we fear our cars breaking down in strange places.

Hulu has also created Halloween Themed Scenics for you to play in the background of your Halloween party. You can choose between Spooky Not Scary, Scary As Hell, and Otherworldly. Choose one to have some amazing spooky (or not so spooky) sounds at your Halloween party.
