For those of you that have been hanging on since Jessica Jones started checking her voicemail in Season 1, I’ve got some great news for you. Also, a few season 1 spoilers if you haven’t watched it yet. However, if you haven’t watched it, I recommend that you cancel your plans for the rest of the day and watch it right now. It’s pretty dope.

It seems that filming for the second season of Jessica Jones has already begun. Apparently they have already started shooting scenes on Broadway and West 101st street in New York City. That location is the same area used for the exterior of Jessica Jones’ apartment.

There’s a lot of questions that need answering. First, should Jessica eventually try to fix the door? At this point, it’s just going to get messed up or broken into again. And next, who is going to be Jessica’s next villain?

*Season 1 spoilers, ahoy*

So we last see Kilgrave, looking pretty dead on a pier. Didn’t think it would take just a quick neck snap to do it, but I digress.

For all intents and purposes, Kilgrave is out for this season. But we can’t just let Jessica live happily, so who’s going to torture her next? More importantly, who’s gonna force her to smile *shudder*

Apparently, there has been an undisclosed character cast that would have an “enormous impact” on Jessica. Janet McTeer, who has starred in Into the Storm and The White Queen, has been cast in this mystery role. There is no verification as of yet that she is the new alpha enemy, however, something about keeping it hush hush has me curious.

Do you think Janet McTeer is the new Kilgrave? Can you think of any other actor that could out do David Tennant as Kilgrave? Sound off in the comments below.
