ATTENTION! A New Teaser for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom has arrived!
The newest teaser dropped last night with both Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt, the film’s stars announcing it and sharing it at about the same time. But before I go into it anymore, here’s the teaser for the trailer release of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom on THURSDAY!
The only line uttered in this short teaser is run and we at least get to see why. There is a freaking volcano and a stampede of many different species of dinos together. Chris Pratt’s character, Owen Grady, is clearly returning after the huge success of Jurassic World, as is Bryce Dallas Howard as Claire Dearing. Also set to be joining the cast, although absent from this teaser is Jeff Goldblum, who was in the first two movies of the original trilogy, and he will be reprising his role as Dr. Ian Malcom.
And returning again is the psychotic dr. “preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should.” Henry Wu, played by BD Wong. In this teaser, there is one other character that appears played by Justice Smith. While we don’t know who he is playing yet, it is exciting to see the Get Down star showing up in more movies.
So what do we know?
Not much. We know there is a volcano or explosion of some sort, it could be man-made, maybe an InGen contingency plan. Owen, Claire, and Whoever Smith is playing are back on the original main island again. I’m assuming this because of the hampster ball ride from the first Jurassic World. Also, this isn’t the first teaser we’ve seen, on Thanksgiving, Colin Trevorrow dropped a 6-second tease of Chris Pratt playing with a raptor baby.

And we know a full trailer is coming this Thursday. If you still haven’t seen Jurassic World or just wanna watch it again and again, you can go right here and get it!
