Samsung bringing new app to keep you from being distracted while driving

written by Shane "Geek" Lundberg April 27, 2017

In a day and age where our phone notifications never stop, we all are tempted to use our phones while on the go. Downside of that is sometimes we are in the middle of driving when this happens. Samsung has taken this on directly with releasing a new app to help drivers keep their eyes on the road.

The new application called In-Traffic Reply will be rolling out in May to the Play Store. Awesome thing about this app is that it is set to auto reply for you. No need to set anything in motion or turn anything on. Due to the GPS sensors in the phone, it is able to know that it needs to turn on the auto-reply and handle your business. I assume there is a way to turn this off in case you are the passenger.

Responses can be automatically responded to with either a default reply of “I’m driving, so I cannot answer at the moment,” an animated image, or a custom message.

Would this be something you would use while driving? Let us know in the comments below.
