Black Ops Launch night

We were invited back to our friends over at Gamers for the midnight launch of one of the biggest games of the year. Call of Duty Black Ops has high expectations and we cant wait to get in and play through it so be looking for a full review soon. We had a good size line and DHTG was there giving out energy drinks and swag. We played some trivia and the winner got $20 bucks off their game from DHTG. We also had to suprise the first person in line with $20 bucks off as well (It does pay to get there early.) Getting ready to get our Geek Anime on!!!

We are heaading out today to go to the Anime Nebraskon Convention here in Omaha NE. The event has grown in such huge numbers they have had to move the event to a larger facility located at the CoCo Keys Water Resort. The event itself is to have over 165 panels from everything on how to draw to major guest stars from the anime world. We will be there filming over the weekend and doing interviews so stay tuned to DHTG for a full review day by day at Nebraskon. Made it out of the Zombie Walk alive!!!

DHTG was at the Annual Zombie Walk in Omaha NE today. I gotta say it was pretty scary. There were a ton of great costumes and some great brain hungry acting. All kinds of zombies showed up, everything from adults to kids and everything in between. We got some great videos and pictures and to view them all be sure and hit our Facebook page and YouTube channel. If you see yourself be sure and comment. The Zombies also held a Zombie hop and Zombie Bikini contest that we could not make it to. All of the proceeds went to the Siena Francis House for the homeless which was a great cause especially from the undead. Big shout out to the Omaha Chapter of Zombie Research for telling us about the event and inviting us out. Be sure and check out their podcast here to get ahold of some great zombie scariness.
