Geeky Gadget Review: FPS Freek Epic
Last Updated on Sunday, 9 October 2011 11:43 Written by LoganDX Monday, 10 October 2011 11:00
Our friends over at KontrolFreek sent us over a set of their new FPS Freek Epics to test out. You geeks have heard of KontrolFreek right? They make these swell add-ons for your controller, extenders that snap right on top of your original sticks. They give gamers more range of motion, helping to increase accuracy and hit those tricky headshots. By extending the range of motion, players should have faster reaction time and increased control of their aim.
KontrolFreek started out with the FPS Freek and then followed up with the Freek Legendary, Freek Prestige and even delved into non-shooter territory when they released the Football Freek, Speed Freek and Rcade Freek enhancers. I’ve been rocking the Freek Prestige for quite a while now and have been impressed with them. The Epics though are a slightly different breed of Freek, not just because they’re dedicated to the Gears of War fanatic. Which they are with their red pad, cog shape and skull. Want to know how they stack up? Hit the jump!
