Verizon testing unlimited mobile-to-mobile to any carrier plans
Last Updated on Friday, 29 October 2010 03:11 Written by The Geek Friday, 29 October 2010 04:00
Sprint’s had it for awhile but it looks like Big Red is testing this out now as well. Unlimited mobile-to-mobile to any carrier. Verizon is trying this out in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and “select markets” in Texas, Tennessee, and Florida ranging from $60 to $130 for individual and family plans ranging from 450-2000 minutes. It looks as though both the voice and text buckets are bottomless for mobile-to-mobile. They are only set to run testing through the end of the year but if they are popular enough I could see them staying as this is a huge selling point of Sprint.
