New GTA V Screen Shots & Is Red Dead Redemption 2 In The Works?
Last Updated on Thursday, 12 July 2012 12:22 Written by JCWaitWat Thursday, 12 July 2012 12:22
During the Asked & Answered session hosted by Rockstar, where fans could ask questions on a number of things ranging from Max Payne 3 updates to Grand Theft Auto, they released a number of new screen shots for GTA V as well as alluded to the possibility of a sequel to the Western shooter Red Dead Redemption. One user asked the question “Why don’t you give us more news [on GTA V]?” to which Rockstar replied:
As we have said before, we have often had long gaps between asset releases on previous games and will continue to do so in the future. We are sorry if you find this frustrating, but please understand, we don’t do this because we ‘don’t care about our fans’ ‘don’t respect our fans’ ‘hate GTA fans etc’ – precisely the opposite! We do it because we want to make sure we only release 100% correct information, and because we want to keep plenty back for the actual game release so there are still lots of surprises when you play it. The only things we care about are that you enjoy the experience of actually playing the game and that we release accurate information. We just have not been in a position to show more of the game than the trailer and will not be for a while yet. We did, however, manage to sneak a quick screenshot out for you… it’s not much, but we thought it was pretty fun.
Hit the break for the screen shots and the possibility of a Red Dead Redemption sequel.

Hacked Vita runs Battlefield 3 and Arkham City
Last Updated on Tuesday, 24 January 2012 02:18 Written by JCWaitWat Tuesday, 24 January 2012 04:00
Yes that’s right, a Play Station Vita already running two of the biggest titles of last year. But don’t rush out and buy a Vita just yet. Sony’s new handheld was running a hacked version of firmware 3.55 and used the remote play functionality to run these high end games. This is a bit odd though as Sony has recently released firmware 4.0 which has legitimate Vita support. Still it’s pretty darn cool and you cannot get the likes of Battlefield 3 on the Vita just yet.
The hack came from user homer49 who posted videos of not only Arkham City and Battlefield 3 but also Red Dead Redemption and boy does it look good running on the Vita. How long though until games like Arkham City will be officially released for the palms of our hands? We’ll just have to wait and see, and in the meantime bask in the glory of homer49′s work!

A Week Later: L.A. Noire
Last Updated on Tuesday, 24 May 2011 08:10 Written by LoganDX Tuesday, 24 May 2011 11:30
Last week Rockstar Games released their newest masterpiece, L.A. Noire upon the world. L.A. Noire chronicles the story of war hero and newly minted officer of the Los Angeles Police Department Cole Phelps as he fights crime outside and corruption inside the force. Set after World War II in a stunningly re-created 1947 L.A., players are tasked with investigating cases based on crimes from the era. After one week, does it still hold my attention?
