The next film in the Ghost Rider franchise is looking like a full on action fest! I was a fan of the first Ghost Rider but wanted a bit more vengeancing going on in the flick and the sequel looks to be taking care of that. Ghosty always seemed to be underplayed in the Marvel Universe to me, like they didn’t want him kick as much posterior as the other supers. Let the Rider loose I say! Watch the sparks fly as the wicked are punished!
Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance is set to release this February in theaters and still stars Nic Cage. Say what you about Nutty Nic but I would much rather he be in the sequel than another Marvel movie change the lead actor, I’m looking at you Hulk! Not much of the plot can be gleaned from the trailer but plot be damned, I’m going to watch it! We’ve got a couple pics for you as well to check out so hit the jump and absolve all your sins!

With The Dark Knight Rises having some nice sneak peeks as of late including Bane’s costume and video of Batman fighting Bane, many are wondering what an image of Anne Hathaway as Cat Woman will look like. Well Cat fans, the wait is over. Since the news of what actress will play this sexy role, fans wondered how Christopher Nolan would portray the villainess role. Will she be shot in the patent leather look as Michelle Pfeiffer did or the hot two piece outfit that Halle Berry sported? As the picture shows, it looks like it is a little of both.

Does it really shock anyone that Gearbox is prepping a sequel to their smash hit, Borderlands? It shouldn’t as the game has sold over 4 million copies and spawned four well received downloadable chapters. As fans clamored for a sequel, Gearbox shifted focus to finally bringing out the poorly reviewed Duke Nukem Forever. But now, according to Eurogamer, Borderlands 2 is in fact in development as we speak. According to an unnamed source close to the developer, the sequel will be out sometime in 2012 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
The main man at Gearbox, Randy Pitchford, has said in the past that they would love to revisit the Borderlands world in the future but “if we haven’t announced it, it doesn’t exist”. I loved playing Borderlands, my only gripes were the respawning enemies and the lunacy of the modders. I couldn’t play with any randoms because they usually begged for loot and mods. Hopefully with the sequel will address these issues to keep the game more balanced and fun. Any geeks out there looking forward to the sequel? Hit the jump and let us know in the comments.

The Dark Knight has sure gotten a lot of fanfare as of late. With The Dark Knight Rises official trailer being recently released as well as the official villain of the film, Bane, showing off what he will look like in the film, Batman sure is getting people excited about his latest ventures. Batman’s latest excitement is caused of course by the latest film, The Dark Knight Rises, being released next summer as well as the latest video game, Batman: Arkham City, releasing October this year. With Bane and Catwoman being the villains in the film, in Arkham City, there is an entire army of big name villains to go up against the Caped Crusader. With that being said though, let’s focus on one villain, that being Bane. One project will put up the giant against Batman, but the other will put Bane actually helping Batman (yes you heard that right).
