Final Fantasy XIII-2′s new Battle for Valhalla trailer lives up to Epic Cinema title!

The words I could muster for how much I enjoyed watching the trailer pale in comparison to the trailer itself. It’s a crazy mix of fighting, Eidolons hopping around. A guy with a sword that would be quite comfortable in the Soul Calibur universe. Magic and sword play and action, oh my! I say grab yourselves some popcorn and a soda before you watch it. This single two and a half minute trailer puts some recent blockbuster movies to shame! Just, just watch it geeks!
Don’t forget, the game will be here January 31st so start saving those pennies now!

Ezio of Assassin’s Creed fame laying down the smack in Soul Calibur V! [VIDEO]

Namco Bandai’s signature brawler series, Soul Calibur has had its fair share of cameos and guest fighters. Past highlights have included Darth Vader, Yoda, Link and Spawn. With number five in the series coming soon, the time has come to start with the next round of heavyweights. The master assassin himself Ezio Auditore is set to drop some silky smooth slaughtering on the combatants questing for the Soul Blade.
Watching the video, Ezio looks like a regular bad-ass fighting the fools. Using some of the assassin combat training he learned in the mean streets of Firenze, Ezio deftly takes care of all comers. The Assassin logo pops up in the video as well as little details from Ezio’s world, giving it that extra pizzazz. Hit the break and check out the vide, you geeks won’t be disappointed! We can start the beatdown on January 31, 2012!
