Although, to begin with, it was just a simple survival mode attached to the end of the campaign of Call of Duty: World at War. However since then. Nazi Zombies has become so much more, and for a few it’s the only reason why they still play Call of Duty. For Treyarch it has become the signature feature of their Call of Duty games with countless DLC being released for both World at War and Black Ops, taking us from swamps , to factories and to the film set of an angry George A. Romero.
One of the big questions that arose when Black Ops II was announced was whether Nazi Zombies would be making a return, and if so in what form? While we’ve known for a while that it will, due to various teaser trailers and so on, there has been no definitive announcement. Until now.

Nuketown 2025 Infected With Zombies
Last Updated on Tuesday, 28 August 2012 01:40 Written by Laddie13 Tuesday, 28 August 2012 01:40
Many details about Black Ops 2 have been released since it’s reveal earlier this year but very little has been said about zombies aside from the fact it will be included. The past few days have seen some teaser photos released by Treyarch that seemed to point to zombies. An official tweet from COD stated “there goes the neighborhood” and the above picture that revealed Nuketown has been overrun by the zombies. As you probably know zombies has been a staple of COD games developed by Treyarch. It’s not yet known if Nuketown Zombies is the multiplayer map promised with all Black Ops 2 pre-orders or if the bonus is just an additional map for the regular multiplayer modes.
In all honesty I think Nuketown Zombies would do more for prompting pre-orders than a standard multiplayer map of a rehashed fan favorite from the first Black Ops. I know some people who only buy Treyarch Call Of Duty games for Zombies. I haven’t given up on the COD franchise yet and Nuketown Zombies makes me very happy. To this day my favorite zombie map has been the original Nacht der Untoten that was initially available upon your first play through of World At War. I liked that it was small and simple, making it very easy to hold back hordes of the nazi zombies. I also loved Nuketown for its size and simplicity so the meeting of the two has got me pretty excited. I know many of you geeks out there have given up on COD but Black Ops 2 has me intrigued enough to pre-order. Black Ops 2 will be unleashed on November 11, 2012. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is officially revealed, did it surprise anybody? [VIDEO]
Last Updated on Tuesday, 1 May 2012 08:49 Written by LoganDX Tuesday, 1 May 2012 08:46
*Shocker* Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is coming this fall! The ninth (!) entry in the first person shooter franchise is jumping ahead in time, to the near future of 2025. The trailer shows that Woods is still alive, in the middle of a monologue about technology and the softness of humans. The video shows a hefty amount of future tech on display like the Quadcopter, wrist computers, walking tanks and tons of unmanned vehicles. Visually speaking, it is a stunning trailer but nothing really showing gameplay yet.
All the “hype” generated by Activision, the pretend secrecy and still everyone knew the annual Call of Duty game was going to be Black Ops 2. This is Activision and they like to milk everything for what they can after all. As everyone assumed, Treyarch is handling the developer reigns again and it will be released this November, the 13th to be precise. Maybe some one living under a rock, under a prison might be flabbergasted that BlOps 2 is coming. Thankfully some of us didn’t have to sit through basketball to catch the trailer.
Hit the break geeks and watch it, I think you’ll be impressed, even if you’re sick of COD. While you’re there, let us know what you think!

Black Ops 2 to be the next COD revealed on May 1?
Last Updated on Monday, 30 April 2012 01:47 Written by Laddie13 Monday, 30 April 2012 03:00
It should come as no surprise that Activision is gearing up to unleash details about this years installment of Call Of Duty. On May 1 the official reveal will be delivered during the NBA playoffs on TNT around 9:00 PM EST. Rumors are running rampant as to what the game will be but popular belief is that it will be developed by Treyarch and most likely be Black Ops 2. The Call Of Duty website has been updated to reflect the reveal with an image that bears a slight resemblance to Black Ops.
One image that has been declassified is a logo that reads TACITUS. Some believe that Tacitus is a company that will play a prominent role in the game much like Aperture in Portal and Resident Evil’s Umbrella Corporation. Do some searching on the Internet and you will find that Tacitus was a company that specialized in computer programming services but is now defunct. Recently the www.tacitus.com website has reappeared which is either one more clue in revealing the next COD or just an interesting coincidence.
