Well its here. The first official trailer for the long awaited live action Justice League movie has arrived and I’m not gonna waste your time anymore, watch it!
Well there looks to be some sort of fun being interjected into the current crop of DC Comics films and it’ll be all the better for it to lighten up a bit.
The trailer I thought was decent and does a good job highlighting the current individual members of the League and even keep Superman guarded by not really showing him, more likely in future trailers given that it doesn’t come out until November. Also Bruce’s superpower line was the funniest line I’ve heard so far in the entire DC Extended Universe.
By far the best thing here is Jason Momoa as Aquaman as it looks like he’s having a blast in the role and is more than certainly gonna shave away the image of Aquaman that so much of the mainstream audiences have of him. Also brief first glimpse of J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon who really looks the part, as much as he did for J. Jonah Jameson in Spider-Man.
Again I think the trailer is decent, but given my personal feelings on how Warner Bros. is approaching the DCEU, I’m not going to get too hopeful since they’ve missed the basket about three times now to me at least with its dark and dearie look. I want Justice League to prove me so wrong. I want it to make me sorry I ever doubted this would fail, same with Wonder Woman. Though again, that’s just really me.
What did you think of the trailer? Are you excited? Who do look forward to seeing the most in the movie? Let us know in the comments below!
Justice League comes to theaters on November 17.
