“Deadpool, Meet Cable” is the first trailer for the greatly anticipated sequel to Deadpool by 20th Century Fox. Choosing not to showcase the trailer during the Super Bowl, they let all the hype die down, then dropped the trailer for Deadpool 2 today!

Ryan Reynolds returns as everybody’s favourite anti-hero, along with Brianna Hildebrand (Negasonic Teenage Warhead), Josh Brolin (Cable) and Zazie Beetz (Domino).

Directed by David Leitch and written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, we can only expect the film to be nothing short of amazing!

Did anyone miss him mocking Henry Cavill’s mustache? It was digitally removed in DC’s Justice League — the actor had to keep it for his role in the upcoming Mission: Impossible – Fallout. If so, you may need to re-watch it.

No stop. What in the actual ass? Dale, why aren’t the visual effects done? It’s a metal arm. It’s not like we’re trying to remove a mustache!

Keeping to the immature nature that is Deadpool, the trailer then cuts to him playing with two action figures of Deadpool (dressed as Woody from Toy Story) and Cable. However, the actual footage from the film includes a burned Reynolds and his roommate, Blind Al, getting in a shoot-out with Cable.

This “Deadpool, Meet Cable” trailer is full of profanity, which is in keeping with Reynolds’ character and suggests that Deadpool will continue to show off his vulgar humor and witty charm in the upcoming movie.

Ryan Reynolds loves nothing more than to tease the masses about the upcoming film. Yes, I’m referring to the hilarious Bob Ross-inspired teaser in November titled “Wet on Wet”. His latest tweet is pretty fantastic too.

We can expect Deadpool 2 in cinemas May 18, 2018.

Who’s excited to watch this film? I know I am! Tell us more in the comments!
