Warner Bros. has released eleven character posters for all the major players in the upcoming film based on the DC property Suicide Squad. The images give us a little glimpse of the personalities of each of the characters. Some of them would also make for nice looking background images. My personal favorites are the Enchantress and Diablo posters.

Suicide Squad is a movie many are rightfully apprehensive about. After the divisive Superman V. Batman—critics hated it, fans loved it—it’s not a surprise that many, me included, are choosing to remain cautiously optimistic about this one. Especially after it was learned there would be extensive re-shoots earlier this year. Many speculated that these re-shoots were to inject a lighter tone into the film due to the mixed reactions the Superman film recieved for its tone. But director of Suicide Squad, David Ayer, tweeted this:
#SuicideSquad “reshoots for humor” is silly. When a studio loves your movie and asks what else you want, go for it! #ThanksWB #moreaction

Along with the tweet, co-star Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang) said in a interview with Entertainment Tonight: “I wouldn’t say we’re going back to make it funnier, there’s some additional action stuff that we’ve been doing, which is pretty dope. Really we’re just kind of adding in that sense.”
It wouldn’t be an understatement to say that Warner Bros. has a lot riding on the success of Suicide Squad. But it does look very promising based on the latest trailer.
