Weekend Giveaway: Molly’s Game Memoir

Molly's Game Memoir

DHTG has three copies of the memoir, Molly’s Game. In advance of the film’s limited release December 25th, we’re running a giveaway. Now’s your chance to score a copy of the memoir that inspired a major motion picture.

It’s a quick-paced, jam-packed read with an insider’s look into the underground poker scene and into the personality type capable of running some of the most successful private luxury poker games ever. Molly didn’t start out to change the poker scene or the Hollywood game but damned if she didn’t in the end.

I’m a poker junkie. I love gamesmanship in all its forms. If you can place bets on it, all the better. When tales about “Poker Princess” Molly Bloom hit, I was all about reading her 2014 memoir for the inside scoop.

Now DHTG’s here to offer you that same chance.

Good luck. May the odds ever be in your favor …seriously poker’s a game of skill.

I also have what could be termed an unhealthy addiction to federal investigations and lawyer shenanigans. I mean, you don’t go to law school to do paperwork (ok you kinda do but whateva’…). So, you can take it as a given I’ve definitely seen Molly’s Game on the big screen. Have no fear geeks, I’ll be dropping a non-spoiler review for you shortly.

Once you’ve read the memoir and given it your best shot to identify the real players, be sure to hit DHTG up in the comments with your best guesses!

And be sure to catch Molly’s Game when it hits a theater near you because the memoir ends before the final pot’s raked.

Cast: Jessica Chastain, Idris Elba, Kevin Costner, Chris O’Dowd, Michael Cera, Joe Keery, Rachel Skarsten, Graham Greene, and Brian d’Arcy James.
Director: Aaron Sorkin.
